The Pierce County Charter Review Commission put nine proposed Charter Amendments on the ballot for November. All are encouraged to submit postings to the blogger. This now includes Charter Review Commissioners since they no longer need to submit to Open Public Meetings provisions. Everyone is also encouraged to comment on others' postings.
Please vote Yes on Charter Amendments 3 (Instant Runoff Voting), 4 (Initiative), 5 (Referendum) and 9 (Eminent Domain). These amendments all strengthen the power of the voters and citizens in general. Thank you for considering the Charter Amendments.

you haven't posted since the election. Congrats on the amendment passing.
Up here in King County, I'm hoping this experiment works well and serves as a model for other counties.
